So you just stepped into this beautiful phase of pregnancy. Now you are carrying another soul within your body. Experiencing a few changes is completely normal and not to forget that every single pregnancy is different. You may feel some changes like feeling nausiatic all the time or not feeling nausiatic at all. It’s totally depends on you.
Here I am discussing about few most common symptoms and it is totally normal if you don’t feel any of them (lucky girl) or all of them or few of them . Its all Normal.
1. FREQUENT URINATION
So you have conceived and loo is your second home ! Well going to the loo every now and then is something indicating healthy pregnancy so nothing to worry about. It’s all cool. When your body receives the sperm it doesn’t readily accept it as it’s a foreign material for the body and tries to get rid of it and this defense causes the changes in your body. Let’s not get too technical your pregnancy is going to be healthy!
- You must have seen pregnant woman puking quite often and so this is one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy. For some nausea can be a real pain. Experiencing nausea in the first three months all day is somehing which used to bother me because I was not able to eat any of my favorite food even though I wanted to. Well if you are lucky enough you may not feel nausiatic or just the opposite. Some pregnant women feel nausiatic all the time from day one to the of delivery . Well this is also a good sign. It means your body is trying to acceot the foreign material (Your tiny winy baby) .
Advise: Just take it easy. It will be alright in some time. Eat whatever you want to eat 🍰🍩🍨🍧🍫🍬🍭🍮🍕🍟🍝🍔🍤🍛🍲🍞and relax. Don’t think to much about it. Enjoy this beautiful phase 😊
3. MOOD SWINGS OR MOOD FLUCTUATIONS you are feeling so happy and the next moment you feel like you are depressed . Sometimes you feel like going to a restaurant and the next moment you just dont want to come out of your cozy warm bed. Mood swings! I am feeling sorry for your Man ladies! When you are going through this phase of your pregnancy (mood swings) the culprit is always the husband whatsoever . Well jokes apart mood swings are common and should be taken lightly. You will soon be alright once this phase is over (first trimester).
ADVISE: It’s for your husband . It’s time for him to cooperate and try to understand your situation and I am sure he will. And ladies try to be calm and this is the best time for you to pamper yourself all the time so take care and some chocolate brownies with vanila ice cream in top 🍰 will surely help.
- Don’t feel like brushing your teeth . Don’t feel like getting up in the morning . Don’t! Yes lay in bed and enjoy some hot chocolate and brownies . MORNING SICKNESS is just normal and I feel so even now. Well that’s just a part of pregnancy and nothing to worry about. Just listen to your heart and do as you feel like. I mean don’t want to clean the mess then don’t do it or want to do some dusting then go for it. It’s up to you
Rise in body temperature is normal and is a sign of healthy pregnancy. You do not need to take any medicine even paracitamol. Just take some rest and you will be fine . 😄
●DON’T FORGET TO TAKE FOLLIC ACID TABLETS ON TIME. ALSO EAT FOLLIC ACID IN NATURAL FORM LIKE BANANA AND STRAWBERRIES CONTAIN A LOT OF FOLLIC ACID. INCLUDE THESE FRUITS IN YOUR DAILY DIET
